Answers before you specify.

Selection, sample requests, testing and project coordination.

How do I choose a vent?+

Start with the mounting interface, enclosure volume, temperature, exposure and target airflow. Evaluate the chosen configuration in the complete assembly.

What determines airflow?+

Membrane structure, exposed area and pressure differential all affect flow. Compare data only when units and test conditions are aligned.

Does an IP rating apply to my finished product?+

A component result does not establish the rating of the complete enclosure. Seals, mounting and other openings must be tested as part of the final assembly.

Can a vent eliminate condensation?+

Venting can support pressure and moisture exchange. Condensation also depends on temperature, humidity, enclosure geometry and operating conditions.

Can dimensions be customized?+

Share the drawing, active membrane area and assembly method. We can review a suitable format and the validation requirements.

Why might a membrane assembly leak?+

Inspect the adhesive interface, contamination, surface defects, curing time and other enclosure seals. Also check whether the test exceeds the agreed product conditions.

How should membranes be handled?+

Avoid sharp tools and direct pressure on the active area. Keep surfaces clean and follow the agreed handling and bonding process.

What should I send with a sample inquiry?+

Include the application, drawing, temperature range, target flow and test differential, fluid exposure and expected volume.

How are prices and lead times confirmed?+

Request a quotation with the configuration, quantity and delivery requirements. Price, sample arrangements and schedule are confirmed for the specific project.

What if a supplied part has a problem?+

Contact BRONRY with the order reference, batch information, photos and test conditions. The team can review the issue against the agreed specification and order terms.
